Private Coaching

A private place to hear your own voice again.

For women who are ready to look beneath recurring patterns, rebuild self-trust, and make their next decisions from a more grounded sense of identity.

This may be for you if

You want honest, personal support.

  • You are navigating divorce, grief, an empty nest, relationship change, or reinvention.
  • You can see a pattern repeating but have struggled to change it alone.
  • You want a warm coach who can also ask direct questions.
  • You are willing to reflect, practice, and make your own decisions between conversations.

This may not be the right fit if

You need a different kind of care.

  • You need diagnosis, trauma treatment, medication guidance, or clinical mental-health care.
  • You are in immediate danger or need urgent crisis support.
  • You want someone else to make major life decisions for you.
  • You are looking for a guaranteed outcome or a quick motivational fix.

The coaching process

Clear enough to orient you. Personal enough to meet you where you are.

The exact engagement structure will be confirmed before publication and in a written coaching agreement.

01

Clarify

Name the transition, the pattern underneath it, and what you want to feel different.

02

Explore

Use reflection, direct conversation, and the S.P.A.R.K. framework to widen the choices you can see.

03

Practice

Test more aligned responses in real life, then return to what you learned without shame or performance.

S.P.A.R.K. in private coaching

A framework, not a script.

The five steps help organize awareness, options, alignment, practice, and worth. The order can flex around what is actually happening in your life; the method does not make clinical claims.

Private coaching FAQ

Start with what you need to know.

Do I need a specific goal before I book?

No. A transition often feels unclear before it becomes actionable. The Clarity Call can help name the useful starting point.

Are conversations confidential?

Professional discretion and clear boundaries should be part of the coaching agreement. The exact confidentiality terms and legally required exceptions must be confirmed in that agreement.

Can coaching replace therapy?

No. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental-health care. Mehri may recommend another kind of support when coaching is not an appropriate fit.

How will I know whether to continue?

The Clarity Call is designed to explore fit and expectations without pressure. Service details and boundaries should be reviewed before you agree to begin.

Begin with a conversation

You are allowed to ask what support would look like.
